To uplift the poor converts, they are taught life-skills. The VTC centre teaches the youth to repair two / four wheelers and electrical appliances. Job oriented training like tailoring, tool making and carpentry is given to interested believers. Bringing them to factories in the South, we arrange with Christian factory owners to train them and to get employment.
